Revival Cycles Return Policy

All returns must be approved by Revival Cycles. A return must be accompanied by an RMA# issued by a Revival Cycles associate. For help with a return, please send us an email - orders@revivalcycles.com.

Return Policy

Any electronics, including Vape Charging systems, which has been removed from its packaging or has had the manufacturer's seal broken is non-returnable.

Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.

Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.

Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

Revival Cycles will accept merchandise returns, providing that it is in the original packaging. The items returned must not have been used or altered in any way. A return may incur a 3-5% restocking fee to cover processing fees on the order. The RMA must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Revival Cycles reserves the right to refuse a return for any special or custom-ordered item. Any accepted return on a special or custom-ordered item may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Revival Cycles reserves the right to determine whether an item is specially ordered or custom ordered. Once an item is used or installed, Revival will no longer approve a return.

Any purchase or order for Super73, ZOOZ, or any other E-bikes are final. 

Note: Please do not place any postage, stickers, write upon, or in any way alter the original packaging. Please return the item in the same condition that you would want to receive it new.

Once an RMA is issued, the customer has ten days to ship the item back to Revival Cycles. If the item is not shipped back within ten days of the RMA being issued, the RMA will become invalid, and the item will not be returnable.

Shipping Costs

A return shipping label will be provided by Revival Cycles to send back any approved returns. Revival Cycles will only offer return labels for ground shipments in the United States. If the return in question is required to ship via freight or is international (outside of the United States), the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment.

Once the return label is created and issued with the RMA, the customer will need to return the items within ten days. Within five business days of receiving the return back to Revival, our returns team will process the refund less the return shipping cost of the label sent.

Suppose the wrong merchandise was shipped or your items prove to be defective after technical support. In that case, we will correct the situation at our expense. We will send the correct items along with a return shipping label for the incorrect items. Unfortunately, we cannot issue shipping refunds on return items under any other circumstance.

Exchanges

Revival Cycles is more than happy to exchange items for you. All exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA# issued by a Revival Cycles associate. These items must meet the same criteria noted above. All exchanges must be of equal or greater value to the original order, or store credit will be issued. All shipping costs associated with a return/exchange must be at the customer's expense.

Product Warranties

Many of our products have manufacturer warranties. These cover the item for defects and extend for a certain period from the purchase date. Any requests for warranty repairs/assistance should be directed to the manufacturer of the product.

Demo/Open-Box/Clearance Items

Occasionally, Revival Cycles will have "demo" or "open-box" items available at a discounted price. These items are sold "as-is" and are final sale.

All sales are final on clearance and "Last Chance" items.
